1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on transaction volume, time of submission (requests submitted during non-business hours may experience delays), and member verification status. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically complete within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification Requirement: All first-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method may process automatically if no account changes have occurred.

• Mix Parlay (Accumulator Betting): All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to be successful. If one or more selections are voided due to postponement or abandonment, the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. Minimum 3 selections required for mix parlay bets.
• Live In-Play Betting: Odds for live betting fluctuate continuously during the event. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement. In cases of significant delay between bet submission and confirmation (due to network latency), toto89 reserves the right to void the bet if the odds have changed materially or if a goal or significant event has occurred during the delay.

4.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

• RTP (Return to Player): All slot games display their certified RTP percentage in the game information panel. Actual results in any single session may vary significantly due to variance.
